bank security re charges for amazon scam ?

I was phoned from this number. I didn't recognise it or answer it but when I tried to return the call, it continually rang out.

Not recognised. Leaves a voicemail in Chinese

No idea who this is

said calling from indeed about a job and to ad them to whatsapp to discuss it

Someone alleging to be calling from a "local energy company" - ended his call when I challenged him to clarify why/how he had my TPS protected number

Rang twice then hung up

Is this a scam

Automated xall claiming to be from VISA security. Scam.

Claimed to have job for me. No idea who they were so now blocked.

Claimed to be from my bank re transactions with Amazon and Zoo that I had not used before. Asked me to press 1 to approve transaction and 2 to speak to someone.
