Could've been a feed through but connection was gritty and sounded like a call centre, probably a scam.
supposed to be from Amazon the usual £899 reported that someone has used my account

Got a "hey, are you there?" message - likely start of a scam/con artist.
Got a random text saying 'Hello, could you give me a few minutes?'
Said it was royal mail. Could continue in english or mandarin
