Gap when answering and obviously a call centre from the noise in the background. Kept dropping out and claimed couldn't hear me when I asked them to repeat who they were. They hung up. I rang back and didn't answer but then text and said 'who is this. this is the probation service'!

Said my SIM was marked about to be cut off Then offered me English and Chinese and went straight into Chinese voice so I hung up
