Harassment - I've blocked this woman (Jo) numerous times when she's rung from different numbers. From memory, she's selling either something to do with "utilities" or solar panels. As soon as I hear her voice I tell her I'm not interested and she hangs up immediately. It's getting beyond a joke - can't she keep a record of who's not interested ?!
