Said they were to do with “mobility”, then hung up.
Caller wanted to discuss funding for doors and windows over 10 years old. Didn't talk to them long enough to find out if it was a scam.

Rang saying something about damp and then asked if i were the homeowner. I said its a business and the ignoramus put the phone down.
