American accented female voicing claiming to represent the “Immigration Bureau”….the message was that they had tried to contact me “many times” (untrue) about an “urgent document” which they needed to deliver to me. I terminated the call….having been born in the UK approaching eight decades ago to English parents it seemed to me highly unlikely that the message was anything other than part of a scam.
