These have just rung. Very polite young lady purporting to be from MIcrosoft Technical Support when she first called. Asked her what computer she was on about. She then became less polite and even more so when I told her the name she had on file was incorrect (no real name given by me) and that I don't have a computer. Became very abusive when I suggested she might be trying to scam me. BEWARE!
