Indian call centre trying to claim to be from BT Openreach ( BT and Openreach are actually two different companies - they used to be one ). Trying to gain access to the computer to check my "IP address because it has gone from private to public and people are trying to access your computer now". Clearly scammers with poor English trying to get into computers and put malware on. Because her English was poor and she was obviously new to this she was thrown off badly if I strayed off her script of listed possible replies it was easy to keep her on the line and waste her time. At least she was delayed trying to scam someone else. She threw the phone down in the end.
