Similar to all below... unsolicited call to a TPS registered number. Female voice, claiming to be energy advisor. Suspect some kind of A.I. talking/answering machine as it was unable to answer a direct question. always ask "have you got the correct time" or "what is the weather near you" or " who is leader of the opposition". And never even answer when then say your name! When they say your name just say "Who are you?" !! When they say "you're the homeowner there are you" reply with "Am I?".
