did not answer as I never pick up but it rang and rang and then goes to "call" the number so if you pick up the phone it automatically dials. Therefore is a spammer. Block it. When are Ofcom going to do something about the spammers? I am also with TPS but this seems to make no different. Time for laws to be changed to stop these calls.
