Phone rings, pick up, pause, then it says "Hello it's Chris your local energy advisor. How are you doing today?" I don't answer and phone goes dead? I'm not convinced there's actually a "real" person on the other end?!! We're receiving lots of calls from numbers starting 0113403! In fact over the last 10 days we're probably getting at least 4 of these calls a day, and as quickly as I block them they come up with a different number. We've had a long spell without these calls until about a month ago when it all started again!! I read that OFCOM have told phone companies that they have to STOP these calls, well they're doing a pretty poor job so far. These calls are harassing, annoying and probably dangerous!
